Katy Creek Retirement Village is a beautiful, peaceful senior community for you or your family member to call home. Serving independent senior residents age 62 or older, we are passionate about providing quality housing and building a comfortable, caring home, as you can see by our spacious, single story grounds and peaceful location. Regular events are held in our spacious community center, and a community library is there for all to share. Rental Assistance is available for those who qualify, and this could result in up to 100% of rent being covered.
